Most of the vegetables we serve at Charolais are directly sourced from the farms. For those not directly sourced, we use vegetables from Anjo City, striving to support local production and consumption!
While it’s natural to be particular about the meat in teppanyaki, Charolais is also very particular about its vegetables. For vegetables directly sourced from the farms, we visit them to learn about their cultivation methods, points of focus, and their passion, and we strive to convey this to our customers!
We don’t just cook vegetables haphazardly; we deliver deliciousness and a sense of wonder to our customers, along with the farmers’ passion!
Our philosophy is “farm to table,” and we deliver the deliciousness of vegetables and the feelings of the farmers to our customers!
