シャロレの鉄板の厚さは20ミリあり温度も250度から300度ありますので500gの厚さでも充分に焼くことができます♪

また、最近では外国人のお客様も多く沢山ヒレを食べたいというお客様も増えました！

Starting this week, January 14th, we’ll be adding a 500g tenderloin steak to our menu! ♪♪

We’ve received many inquiries asking, “Is there anything bigger than that, even though we only had a 400g serving?” We’ve created this menu to meet your needs!

Charolais’s griddle is 20mm thick and can be heated between 250 and 300°C, so we can easily grill even a 500g steak. ♪

We’ve also seen an increase in foreign customers recently, with many wanting to enjoy a larger portion of tenderloin!
