今年もまこもだけの季節がやってきました♪♪
知立にある岡田農園様から毎年いただいていますが、
今年も素晴らしいまこもだけが届きました☺️

鉄板との相性も抜群で焼くと深みとクリーミーさがあり
イネ科の植物とは思えない美味しさがあります！

また、まこもだけは、古くから神聖な植物として扱われ、神事や祭りで用いられてきました！特に日本では、水辺に自生する真菰は、穢れを払う力があると信じられており、様々な言い伝えや風習が残っています☺️

とにかく縁起がいい食べものですからぜひ、皆様まこもだけを提供している11月〜12月の期間はご来店して召し上がりください！

Makomo season has arrived once again! ♪♪
We receive this every year from Okada Farm in Chiryu,
and this year we received another wonderful shipment of makomo! ☺️

It pairs perfectly with the hotplate, and when grilled, it becomes deep and creamy.
It’s so delicious you’d never guess it was a grass! ^_^

Makomo has also long been considered a sacred plant, used in religious ceremonies and festivals! In Japan, in particular, makomo, which grows wild near water, is believed to have the power to ward off impurities, and various legends and customs remain. ☺️

It’s a truly auspicious food, so please come and enjoy it during our November-December special, when we’re serving only makomo!
